Eric Berkers, PhD (1965) is Assistant Professor in History of Technology at the Department of Technology Management of the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). After his studies Economic and Social History at the Radboud University in Nijmegen he specialized in Business History and History of Technology. His Ph D thesis is about the history of Dutch water-management in the period 1850-1930.

Marloes Dignum, MSc (1982) is a PhD student in the section of Technology and Sustainability studies, subdepartment of History, Pilosophy and Technology studies. She holds a master (Msc.) in the interdisciplinary field of Technology and Society at Eindhoven University of Technology and completed this program with great appreciation.

Arjan Kirkels, MSc (1972) started his PhD research in january 2008 in the section of Technology and Sustainability studies. The research focusses on the development paths of biomass gasification for energy purposes, both for Europe (large scale) as for Asia (small scale). Arjan is lecturing several courses on Technology and Sustainability.

Rob Raven, PhD (1975) is an Assistant Professor in the section of Technology, Innovation and Society. He studied Technology and Society at the Eindhoven University of Technology. His main theoratical background is in Science and Technologies Studies (STS) and evolutionary theories on technological change.

Johan Schot, PhD (1961) is professor of History of Technology at Eindhoven technical University and Twente University. He is also scientific director of the Foundation for History of Technology (Stichting Historie der Techniek). He was program leader of the nation research program Technology in the Netherlands in the Twentieth Century.

Geert Verbong, PhD (1955) is Associate Professor in the History of Technology at the Department of Technology Management at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). His specialisation is history of energy and environmental issues.

Bram Verhees (1977) is a postdoctoral researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology's School of Innovation Sciences. He holds a PhD in Innovation Sciences and a Master's degree in Technology & Society.
